- Safety Inspections: R Overo Leather will not be liable for damage resulting from the present frailty of aged leather such as previous "dry rot" or poor quality repairs performed by others.
- Repairs focus on the specific areas required or requested only. However, a general "overall Safety Check" of a saddle or bridle will be performed visually and an assessment ( defects or concerns during this visible inspection shall be noted and relayed to the customer prior to any work being performed) this allows the customer the opportunity to proceed with the requested repairs or to determine if the repairs vs. costs is worth the expense. Even with the initial inspection unforseen damage or other defects may be observed later on into the restoration that could not be determined on the first visuable. (may be hidden under the saddle seat on a western saddle)
- if upon starting a project and indeed more defects or damage is determined the customer will be notified before proceeding with any further repairs and informed of the additional work / cost required ( if any would apply)
